    Question Combining postage HELP.

Hi out there to all ebidders. I am new here and I need to pick the brains of the experienced!
How do you change the postage payable amount on a combined invoice?
I have just sent an invoice with the wrong postage charge and feel a bid of a ninny!!!
    Any help greatly appreciated.

If you set it undercharged, you can't make it go higher (far as I know) if you set it overcharged, then you can probably apply a discount ..
Many changes yet again, started a new venture, and you can watch my store grow here: Really Rural Woodworks

Many threads re: invoicing here. Not user friendly. Go back into my ebid, delete invoice, and then invoice via paypal if that is how you billed and buyer wants to pay.

Default New here but not to online selling

    Hi,

Just recently joined, had some minor problems the first day which were resolved very quickly by members and now am finding it very easy to use.
I sell sportscards and memorabilia have had a walk in store for a number of years which we are now relocating, been selling online for 8+ years and am very glad I cam across this article on a webpage while searching for disgruntled members from that other place and alternatives for it.

Have yet to sell an item but could not be happier I made the switch, all good things as they say and I am looking forward to my time spent here

By the way should anyone ever have any questions or like to chat sportscards send me a message always glad to help/chat about the hobby.

    Laur

Question New from the bay of evil

    Hi there,

ebid is looking more and more like a much better option than ebay, just needs more people, so here's one!

I was wondering if the customer services on ebid are able to side with sellers, unlike ebay who just refund the customer before you even knew about it.

How are people find selling atm?
