I would like to see more eBid countries added (what has happened to the promise of Belgium and Austria?!)


Your other store links made visable again, within a store, instead of being hidden away behind an almost invisable button.


Total number of listings being put back on the front page to inspire us to meet listing targets !

Have some sort of action taken, e.g. a warning, to sellers that do not respond to answering questions on their listings after it has been nudged a number of times and removal of said listings if there is no response.


....... and dare I say it ...... bids to be made visable !

Most important by far! Plus all the rest. This is eBid's biggest disadvantage at the moment.

When I send out items from anywhere, I send a packing slip.
I dont send a copy of the invoice - they have already received that by email.

At the moment, they way ebid works, is to view the invoice, and print it out.
This contains a load of information that I dont particularly want to send with an item ........

eBid sent this message to xxxxxxxx. etc etc

Not only unnecessary, but looks terrible.

I would rather there was a one-click means to print out an invoice/packing slip which contains the following info.
(yes - just like the ones produced on ebay)

Invoice number
My details
Buyers details including address.
Item(s) purchased.
Costs.
And a part where we could include a personal message.
The ebid logo could be there too.

I realise that we can collate all the information ourselves and do it - but I cant see that having a ''one-click'' operation to produce the above would be difficult.

If you go into a store look to the left hand side under the store banner and there is a tab which says 'About this store'' if you click on that the other banners will appear.

If you and I didn't spot it, until we were told, then what chance is there of anyone new using the site !

As a new member to the site. The biggest thing that caught my eye was buyers coming on asking how they get in touch with the seller after they bought a item. Maybe doing away with the "Run till it sells " will help that situation.
