I have just spent the most frustrating 30 minutes of my life on the phone to the B&M store that sold mt daughter a washing machine

She has asked me to try and sort it out as after 7 weeks she has had enough.

Me...You are selling goods which are unfit for their purpose

CS....Why would you say that ?
Me....The primary function of a washing machine is to wash but this one doesn't.
I am not sure if I got the office junior or not but boy did she try my patience.
The upshot is it is not their fault
I did enlighten her and gave her until Friday to either have this one repaired or a new machine

Shouldn't have had to do it though. They kept fobbing her off with excuses.
I just put on my phone voice and didn't take any bs
