Hot sellers and the like...

I am new to ebid and would like to know if there is a link here on ebid where I can find the "Top sellers", "Most watched items" , "Movers and Shakers", or "Most Watched" items.

If there isn't one, then I would, for the benefit of the ebid sellers, like to see a link for sellers to be able to check and see which items are the ones making the greatest impact here on ebid - which in turn would help in choosing the best products to promote or sell?

I found it.... Actually by "top sellers" I meant top selling items or products.
I think it would surely be an excellent idea to install a "Top selling items" and a "Most watched items".

Most auction sites have this in place and as a matter of fact when I was in eBay, they have a "what's hot" and "most watched" list which when used properly can help sellers select the most marketable products to promote rather than just guessing.

This will surely save sellers valuable time in choosing products to promote. As we all know, selling is a numbers game.

I surely hope ebid will soon install this essential feature on this website.

There is NO Hot Sellers list there, I even clicked the BUY tab, nope not on that page here either.. from USA.

Probably because its on the UK site, there will be one for the USA you just have to find it, if you press the stores button on USA site should be one on that page.

I often wonder how the sellers feel when they see that their products are in a top selling item list. It must be upsetting to see a load of copy-cat sellers starting up in competition to them.

Its hard enough finding a hot item without seeing everyone else told about it.

If someone is doing well and selling lots, the last thing they need is a load of people thinking ''ok - that obviously sells - am gonna do the same''.

My mind once again, goes back to that numpty on tazbar.

There are sites around which will give you all the information you require - just got to do a bit of research and find them

I will stand firm in my position... A "hot selling items" AND "most watched items" should be put on ebid.

A true "top seller" is not going to cry like a baby because someone is selling a hot item" they are selling. Actually, a true "top seller" may even welcome the competition because it will make them "step up their game" and they will remain top sellers. A true "top seller" is not a cry baby - they do not have time for it.

These "hot selling items" links and "most watched items" or "movers and shakers" are on all the major auction and non auction sites like eBay, Shopping.com and Amazon and these "links" or "tools" have been used by me and many other sellers and top sellers to pinpont the best marketable products.

Also, this does not make anyone a copycat seller because if that is truly the case..... then we are all copycats because a lot of sellers are selling the same items as others regardless whether the items are hot sellers or not.

Also, if anyone here knows of these "sites around which will give you all the information you require" that MagnetsAndHangers mentioned above - and is not afraid of competition and is not going to cry like a baby, please share it with us eBid members (I am sure there are many, including myself) who would like to know. This is a helpful forum, isn't it?

So AGAIN... I will speak for myself AND for other eBid members who would agree - For the benefit of the ebid sellers, who are not afraid of competition and are not cry babies - I would like to see a link for sellers to be able to check and see which items are the ones making the greatest impact here on ebid ("hot selling items" AND "most watched items"). Then it will be up to us to pinpoint exactly which products are among the "hot selling items".

I think the hot selling items on other sites are probally all the same and should apply on here, cant see the point in cluttering up the main pages any more than what they are now.
