Thread: Fee Credit Question

  1. #1

    Question Fee Credit Question

I emailed support to get the fee on an auction for a non paying bidder & they emailed me the following:

    Thanks for your email.
The associated fee has been deleted.
    Best Wishes
    eBid Support Team

But my question is, I don't see the credit in My eBid summary. Does anyone know how I can check this? Thanks

    You should see something like:

Re-credit-Fee (with the same auction title)

And then in the Amount section you should see an amount in green.

Thank you for the BD wishes.

And just imagine, the Ninja Lister came out today as well

This is one of those things eBid do from time to time, it's to do with the wording. It says the fee has been deleted not re-credited, so it will just vanish, if re-credited you'll see the re-credit fee

That's how it appears on my account every time I get a FVF refund from eBid.

Hmmm, here's what I said in my email to them:

"Non paying bidder for auction id # xxxxxx after 3-4 payment reminders on a gallery auction & I request to be credited back to my account. Thank you."

I think it's down to who actions the request and also what the date is, well it seems to be with me and I get a fair few NPBs
