Just typed in a users name from ebid on the address bar and it brought me to their all about me page, wonder how they did that.

I tried it on google chrome and firefox and it done the same thing.

and nothing good came up. it just said "server not found". So maybe you yourself are safe from such intrusions.

I just typed myself into the address bar and got a whole bunch of my listing on this and other sites. I usually get something similar when I Google myself.

As I use my gothicina domain for my website I registered most of my storename domains as well, for instance gothicinas-web.co.uk & kewtonia-books.co.uk are pointed at the relevant stores.
Many other other members do the same.

Nothing wrong with this at all, perfectly legal.
You buy the domain name, go to your domain control panel & point it at your store, or all about.

I have seen that a lot recently. I bought from someone I know on another site recently. Her business card had what looked like a website address and when I looked it up, it went to her store on the auction site.

Totally legal and very commonly used by webmasters.

Ok thankyou Goth and Sunny, My website expires in Oct through 123-reg, I assume I would need to go into my 123-reg account after this date and get my domain to point to my store page on eBid then?
