to the matter afore mentioned
buyer rejects an item as not as described, fair dooos
it was a genuine error on my part.
go the wrong item in the box, but this was compounded by doing twice,
one buyer returned the wrong item and wants the correct one,
the other buyer says the other one has been posted, now this was 3 days before xmas,
its has not arrived , I have emailed the buyer 4 times keeping him in the picture
now I find he/she has opened a INR dispute with paypal.
I did ask in my last email for the tracking #, but I got the dispute notice in reply,
both items where posted by me recorded. the one that came back was recorded,
but my predicament now, WHO will be responsable for claiming from royal mail for lost item
I informed Paypal the item did arrive and give them the tracking number.
he may have to change the dispute to SNAD if he can,
whats your thoughts on this,
