Don't know how long you've been using them but I thought that about them, at the start (about 2 years ago), but alas, I have to let you and others know the other side of recommendation and personally, I would not give them any business. Because they (like so many of these companies) are agents and not individual carriers, they sub contract their jobs out to companies who DO have transport and warehouses. DHL and the like.
Anyway, I paid what they asked for their services, just to find later, (some 3 to 4 months later and without any prior notice or as it turned out, ANY justification) that they had been taking further amounts out of my credit cards. When I challenged them, they could not even give me any legitimate answers. Very poor communicators and admin, all round. I had to resolve all with the credit card company and threats of litigation. Watch out for such comments as "well, DHL must have re-weighed the item and charged us extra, so we charged you" etc etc.. Honestly, I KNOW how to use volumetric weighing and I ALWAYS made allowances by adding the extra couple of CM's on all sides to allow for any dispute later. Oh, and the other comments when you query such things with them,,, "Sorry, we assumed our server had sent you out a copy of the charge,, err, I'll have a word with the man that looks after our computer etc".. Look out for that one, especially..
At the end of the day, its up to each individual to who they decide to patronise and I do not intend to further this item but to just say, be careful out there. There ARE sharks in the water and as long as this postal strike continues,, unassuming punters are going to get bitten if they are not on the ball, like I wasn't in the early stages..
