You forgot to say they are the Bank Holidays for England and Wales not for Scotland.

The people of Scotland are not getting any holidays this year. The English plan to invade and enslave the populace and make them work till they drop in order to get England out of financial crisis.

According to that link, it seems christmas day is 27th December 2007 as its been subsituted.
