New Catagory for Guitar Amplifiers

Hello Gazza...

Please add a category for guitar amplifiers. I note that 'Musical Instruments/Prof. Audio & Equipment: Amplifiers' is not a good choice for guitar amplifiers (or bass guitar amplifiers for that matter).

I think it would be best located like this:

Musical Instruments/Guitars:Electric:Amplifers

And:

Musical Instruments/Basses:Electric:Amplifers

We've added some subcategories to the Amplifiers category and renamed the parent to "Equipment". The guitar category is currently solely for Guitars themselves.

Hello Gazza...

Are referring to the category: 'Prof. Audio & Equipment: Amplifiers?

If so, that does NOT address the category issue I have raised... Guitar and bass players don't think of their amps as 'Professional Audio' gear... We think they're 'guitar amps' or 'bass amps' and they NEED such a category...

Please check with you friends and colleagues who DO play electric guitar or bass and see what they think... And drop into your local Music emporium... I think you'll find that guitar and amps are offered cheek by jowl, while the 'Professional Audio & Equipment' will have PA speakers, audio mixers and PA power amps and be at the other end of the store...
