Well I am so confused that I can safely say I have no idea who has counterfit shoes or not.
I do know that southern Wisconsin has huge discount malls where Nike shoes can be picked up at greatly discounted prices. We are not alone. But these shoes are older, have damaged boxes, etc. there is the possibility that those shoes OP does not recognize are from such a place and are say, five years old. I agree that no one buys first quality name brands for $75 and sells them for $20 but there are other explainations for lower prices and shoes that look "different".
If these are out and out faked Nike shoes, then the OP has to specifically say why. Not use the phrase "I doubt that Nike makes such and such". That does not seem all that certain to me. Proof is "Nike never made XXXX model in brown and here is official website to prove it".
I don't think ebid will close down a seller selling old Nike stock on the basis of what has been presented so far.
