For months now I've listed with buy it now or best offer and sold loads.

Then things slowed down and the past two weeks I've done some research and noticed auctions were picking up again.

So last week did half auctions and half buy it now.

The auctions have reached higher prices than when they were BIN's~

Isn't this selling thing wonderful? The trends go up and down.

Bidding wars are good fun - I think its the 'thrill of the chase' or the thrill of the 'hunt' that gets people into them.

Well you have no information on your About Me page, take a look at mine for instance, just a few listings, to US only, just basic product info in the listings, no feedback, nothing about you as a seller, all Run until Sold, so they are going to appear at the bottom of lists.
