It's very fruastrating to me right now, I paid $49.99 to have a store open and start listing my product, I have followed all the instruction to open a store but still no way. First off...you are not allowed telephone numbers or email addresses in forum posts - so best edit your number out before admin comes down on you.

You can't use Turbo Lister on eBid. It is an eB@y program.

Though if you should find a way then you will be very popular with a lot of people here.

Hi, I had items on eBid a while back one item was bid on but never paid for and e mails were never answered.Item was never mailed for that reason, so am wondering why I am being charged a final fee. krazyfarmer2

If you failed to follow the non-paying bidder process then eBid will not have been aware that the sale fell through thus allowing them to refund any fee.

As nobody here has access to your account information and you do not give any details (not even a auction id) that may help in hazarding a guess as to the cause there is not a lot else to suggest.

If you feel you have been unfairly charged a fee then the best people to take it up with is admin - who have access to all the needed data.

Since joining ebid recently I have been refining and tweaking my stores - I decided to sell all my books at buy it now and free P&P to the UK! BUT! Buy it now listings don't appear as 'Auctions'


Mine is showing 21 auctions at the moment.

But in fact there are 65 listings! As I am in the process of changing all my listings to Buy it Now my auction count is shrinking giving the false impression that I have little or no stock!

Should'nt there be a tweak here - and count 'listings' in total and not just 'auctions'?

If you alter your store content you throw the count out until the next update.
