Ebid Store Fees

Well I knew that you could have 5 stores free as a seller+, but what I didnt realise was that offline stores count towards the 5.

I had 6 stores, 4 off-line and 2 active and got charged a £1.99 eBid store fee this month for one of the active stores.

Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else was unaware of this too.

That's right...I was charged £1.99 for the 6th one...all the others were free.

Didn't know the fees were charged when the stores were off-line though

The Help says:

You can open subsequent stores for a minimal monthly fee of £1.99. If you set your subsequent stores to "Offline" you will not be rebilled at the end of the current month.

Must admit that I had read this as that as long as only 5 stores were online at any one time then no fees were involved. Though if you read it literally it does say 'subsequent' i.e. the stores created over and above the free 5.

I didn't know that either. In fact I thought that once the store was offline, the listings were no longer visible and I only realised a few weeks ago that my offline listings are visible. Didn't notice the charge so will check my invoice now.
