Hello everyone and I totally understand the frustration people are having. I thought I would be one of the last back online as I'm way up north in Canada. I really do want to give advice in case it does not help anyone. If you know how to clear your cookies you could try that. WARNING you will loose alot of saved imformation though. Only try it if you feel comfortable doing it. I'm only trying to help and do want to add to your problems. I did clear my cookies and I'm using firefox web browser. On your browser bar tools-options-privacy-cookies I'm just a member and not part of the technical support team.
after 3 phone calls to virgin / ntl i am now able to log into everything ok (phew) lost everything before i finally spoke to a lovely guy who has told me to try every thing before i finally had the internet back on at all so its a big relief to have it all working again
I'm with BT and as I couldnt get in using IE8 last night, I downloaded chrome. still couldnt access ebid but come this morning I can get access using either IE8 or chrome.
I do feel sympathy for u guys who are still havin probs though I know sympathy doesnt help much.
Lesley. xx
