Google Base. Incorrect Negative Buyer Reviews

Oh My! I got this review!!!

I paid the seller twice with google checkout and it was refunded both times and the seller wouldn't accept paypal so i never got my item.

Funny? I got Paypal as a choice and most of my payments are by Paypal!

I have the same review as well - and accept PayPal. It's Google just giving any eBid seller any of the reviews posted for any of the eBid sellers.

I noticed that same one on my things too Redmerlin and
I don't even have Google checkout I was going to put it on but then they upped the fees!

I was going to ask if anybody has had their latest stuff loaded on Goggle products as when I checked earlier today I couldn't find any of my new things? I hope it's not broken again! Can somebody else do a check for me and see if your new stuff is showing please.

The last Google upload was yesterday early morning - your items may not show up until the 12th when they upload again.

Have you had many sales through google? My reviews are mainly from the lovely posters here I didnt realise you could leave a review so will make sure I do so in future....

Exactly how do you find your own reviews please?

The reviews listed by my items on google shopping are all for someone else's transactions - and not very flattering

None of my own google checkout transaction reviews show

I have not seen any ebid seller's reviews show pertanent information on google

Our listings all finally got there. I decided to check the reviews, and found almost 800 that aren't ours! What's worse, quite a few are negative. I contacted Google, and got this email this morning:

Google has given the most of us the wrong ratings from other sellers. The down side of this is it may reflect badly on some sellers if a buyer looks at the bad ratings some have and don't notice who it belongs to.
Getting in touch with anyone at Google is next to impossible.
