Auction import tool from eBay to eBid?

I read the ebay terms and conditions and it does say that anything on the site does become property of feebay. They also put an insignia on the lower right corner of every photo uploaded to the site. But, I agree if its my photo that i took - how can they enforce that???

If the image is your original creation then it is yours. I haven't read feebay's T&Cs in a while (and have no desire to do so now). What T&Cs normally say is that you grant them (the site) non-exclusive rights to reproduce your copyright material. So the rights to the image remain yours.

If you have not kept the originals that you uploaded then I would fetch them back from feebay and stick my own stamp over where their logo has been placed.

I`m in the same position as the OP. I have a few thousand items, all rather diverse and unique, not junk, waiting to list. I too was waiting on the much promised Ninja loader. I would regularly list 50 or 60 items a week when I used tother site. I`m sure that if this bulk loader could be sorted then the volume of listings here would sky rocket, but then again maybe eBids servers could not cope with the sudden increase.
