Why did my store disappear?

Every time I think I may have figured out how to do things here, I find out I haven't! In addition to pictures that can't be uploaded, but all of the others can be (all taken same time with same camera - been working everywhere else); now my STORE has disappeared! I've been on a number of other listing sites and find this one the most confusing -- it's sooooo different & difficult to navigate. I have 60 auctions running - if you go to my store, it says 0 auctions running right under the store (that doesn't show in the GENERAL STORE, gifts section anymore - was midway down, page 2). But if you look on the left side of my page - it says 60 auctions running --- go figure!!! Why did the store disappear? Other stores show XX number of auctions running -- I don't get it!

Your store is up and you have a lot of auctions in it. Don't rely on the counters. First, it takes a while before they get updated. Second, I've learned to wait until the next day to see if everything is still there. If we make a serious mistake, like putting something in the wrong category, eBid may delete it.

Stores only appear in the list of stores if they are online and have items in them. This check/count is carried out twice per day at about 01.00 and 13.00 GMT.

If your store was online and had items in it when the last system check was made (which looking at your store it was and did) then clearly there has been a glitch and it has returned an erroneous count of zero.

If it does not correct at the next system check, in about an hour, then contact admin.

That is weird.
When I check out your me page I see 0 listings under your store banner, but when I click on the banner, I see 58 listings.

Thanks everybody -- yes, it tis back. Guess I will have to learn to be patient (NOT!) ;-) and understand that there are glitches everywhere. I made a lot of changes yesterday and maybe that caused it - glad I decided to take a break from it all & watch TV the rest of the night rather than go crazy trying to figure out what I had done wrong. So, thanks again everyone -- glad to be on a site where the crowd is so friendly and willing to help!

Hi Also having the same problem -Have asked for guidence. I go to the directory and search down for home and garden > food and drink -- it shows 20 stores. So then I go to the page to see the list of the 20 store in "food and drink " and it says "19 active stores" --and mine is missing ? I just cant figure out why --I checked all the listings were live in the auction site and they are and i checked my store was "Online" and it was -- so this is very perplexing --awaiting response.

The stores page updates twice a day at 1ish, that's when new stores with listings are added, the number of listings in each store is updated, & stores with nothing listed in them are removed.

Hi I am new to ebid, and have a store which I have placed my patterns in and have gone 'online' but when I go to crafts-knitting and crochet it still states 20 stores and mine is not one of them, is there a time limit when it will be there or is there a glitch in the system, or I may have just done it totally wrong, jackie
