What with auctiva, google checkout increasing their charges and P*yp*l changing their service yet again....

No of none payers increasing, sales dropping it's all a bit dull @ the mo

Checked our prices & still competitive or better than e*a*

Having said that we are still getting new stock in, hoping things will pick up.

On the plus side we have another bid.

On the negative side we have a 6 x items non payment threatening us with negative feedback

It' sometimes makes you question if this is a good hobby or not

Your same 6 neg person now has a line through. So I guess I won't get the items I paid for from them. I did a very stupid thing though I gifted the payment via paypal which I have done lots of times. So I can kiss that goodbye. Why can't people communicate better . Not been a good few days for me everyone I have bought from has a line through. So don't sell me anything

On another note if any of you use google base for listing, you might want to update your details with them. Received an email from them last week asking me to check and update my information. Google base updates some of my items daily from another site. Mine were fine but if you do not do the update on information, you will probally lose your auto submissions to google base.

They have been reinstated since - assume they have complained -despite the AAL entries proving our attempts to get payment over 6 weeks

The NPB process is worthless How does this protect sellers from NPBs

They have retaliated with negative feedback. Arbitrary, misleading and blatant lies ( all evidenced in the AALs and my other posting son the After Auction area) Please feel free to view - we have nothing we wouldn't like you to see ( link to our store above)

This IS the worst experience we have had on any auction site.

I thought eBids NPB process was superior to the other side, so we feel really let down & disappointed

(We will publish the AAL evidence on forum if they don't sort soon.) Our only "crime" was to follow the NPB process. As far as we can tell we haven't actually done anything wrong. Now being inferred that we have had their Postal Order. Obviously refuted strongly. Will take legal advice if they persevere

We've already started posting some listings on the other side. That IS how seriously fed up we are here

We are prepared to pull our listings. It's not a pleasant experience being unfairly slated. The fact that eBid haven't acknowledged our urgent correspondence doesn't help.

I've spent some time on Auctiva Forum last couple of days promoting eBid as a viable alternative if you want all those extra features. Might just withdraw them now.
