How to make instant payment with debit card
Hy Caren be very carefull making instant payments with either your debit card or bank transfer from account to account as once you have done this your money has gone and you then have to trust the seller to send the goods and it can cause you some concern,I have been there and have had a bitter expeirence. Tried entering the discount as a positive number?
A discount is a subtraction from the total so a discount entered as a negative number is two negatives, which make a positive.

Hi Mike, your mistake is for some reason you've added a minus sign before the discount? There is no need to do this as any figure entered into the discount box will be deducted. ( entereing a minus sign reverses it though!)
I'm sorry but if you think posting a threat in a public forum is going to help you resolve your problem, you're mistaken! Your transaction is with the seller not the site. Did you check the sellers feedback before buying? Oh and if you want to contact ebid have you tried the 'contact us' button on the help pages? However as ebid are not part of your transaction with the seller, they won't be able to help. Leave feedback for the seller so that the next buyer is informed, then if you've exhausted all other contact methods, consider taking civil action against the seller
