Thread: Dvd Is A Copy

  1. #1

    Unhappy Dvd Is A Copy

Very dis-chuffed with my very first purchase on eBid: DVD purchased is a copy; vendor not responding and continues to offer identical item for sale. Suggestions invited from seasoned eBidders that would assist in rectifying the situation, avoiding submission of negative feedback.

Report to support@ebid.tv with full details of the auction.
Then if you go to the relisted auction you can also report that one on the auction page.
If you leave a neg feedback to warn others & then get a neg back, ebid will remove it for you.

My auctions, good prices, fair p&p.

As the other's have said report to support@ebid.tv .

BTW if you read the auction listing it states
Will play on any region dvd player.

That's USUALLY a sign of a copy as most genuine DVD's are set to a region.

    From the FACT website

Region 0 Region “0” (or region all) is not a format that is distributed in the United Kingdom by FACT member companies.
*The likelihood of a mainstream title being produced in this format is very remote, and would almost certainly be classed as a pirate.
