No notification of sale, nor buyer's details?

I've just sold an item, item no. 1153647000-4762-20, but I can't see the buyer's details, and I haven't received an e-mail saying they've won the item either. The only e-mail I received was from PPPay.com, saying I'd been sent a payment, but there are no buyer's details in the e-mail or the PPPay.com website when I log in. Can this be fixed so it immediately allows you to see the buyer's name and address when they've bought an item from you?

Hi, usually they are almost immediate but just once in a while things get delayed, i'm sure you'll get the notification.
Be careful with the pppay email, i read a post on here a while ago from someone that had received a payment email that looked as though it was from pppay but was in fact a scam, i think it was one of those London/Leicester addresses in Nigeria, make certain you have actually been paid before parting with the goods, good luck.

Copies of the emails sent can be seen in your AAL at http://uk.three.ebid.net/perl/auctio...-20&mo=auction .. As this is a dutch auction it is stil running.. Make sure you are logged in in order to see the AAL on this page.

Make sure you add donotreply@ebid.net to your email whitelist/recognised senders list to make sure our emails aren't sucked up into your spam bin.
