Well I'm not surprised. Everyone is offended when they think it is assumed they are wrong. Now you see why I was offended earlier!
When I say it is the truth, it is. It is my truth. Not yours. You see, I can say you are wrong, as you claim I am. No point being offended by that, it won't change anything. And mine is not a belief, as I have had all the proof I need to make it truth.

There is always some knid of dilution!

So it is illogical? Why is that? I am being truthful and correct, and it has been proven to me. Therefore from my point of view it IS logical. Just because you have seen no proof doesn't mean there is none. You haven't exactly tried to seek any, being as you gave up after seeing one charlatan. But that is beyond the point here. I maintain that it is my proof, and that is what is important to me.
Look Damian, you have to accept that others have a different outlook to you, including their reasons. When you have two conflicting views on something like this, logic doesn't come into it! Besides, who says what is logic and what isn't?

You could also be stirring up something much bigger here. For instance, has the Bible been proven to be true? Does that make it false? Millions would disagree.

That's another topic which I believe to be a load of tosh, yet, as you say, millions of people willingly delude themselves. It's a big human weakness.
