    Without even checking out the link, might I post an observation?! Being vigilant when it comes to business and financial matters always has, and will continue to be, a prudent course of action. In fact, it is a somewhat wise course in all aspects of life.

    Naturally, that statement would probably fit well in the world of "Captain Obvious."

    How do they get around needing access to a card and its PIN, plus a card reader to get the code number to enter the online banking? Or is that just Barclays?

    That is similar to Nationwide but Lloyds is much less secure and, indeed, ranked so by Which? - the best are First direct & Barclays - the worst is Lloyds. However, when rating their approach to frauds, Lloyds are the best and Barclays the worst...
