and I did just that. It's up to ebid to decide if they don't like my ideas.. or not.. and I don't see why I should be feeling bad for suggesting it.

And I don't really see any difference between the word tip and advice.. seems like excessive semantics..

Perhaps another suggestion I have for ebid is to work on getting a less touchy user base?
There is nothing wrong with your suggestion or any reason for you to feel bad about suggesting it.
I am also working on my own site which imports my bay listings by entering only my user name, I am also working on making my bay listing multi platform compatible.
As a lot of people are now selling across multi channels & are using sites which will allow them to list on multiple sites & track inventory & will end the listings on all sites when inventory reaches zero.

I think it would bring a lot more sellers to eBid if they had such a feature.

Thanks for sticking up for me , but I didn't pull my listings in reponse to this.. I had some previously and they expired. I'm still planning to list again.
I was just thinking of an idea to help ebid grow, not meaning to criticize the site, but I can see how my original comments might have felt that way.. so I will try to tread lighter.

As i said, i'm with ebid in spirit - frankly it would be easier for me to support certain other third party marketplaces right now but I like ebid the most.
Consider trying out the NL with a small amount of listings ie 5 or 10 and see how you go?

It's not a case of like or dislike. While it is a suggestions forum, it is also an open forum. That means that any suggestion is subject to praise, comment, or criticism by other forum users in varying measures. That, if the OP is receptive, can be useful in refining an idea. Bottom line though is what eBid admin thinks of the suggestion.

My concern (which I had just as much right to express as you had to suggest) is that many will use it as a 'fire and forget' way of importing. There are problems now, even with the intermediary step of Ninja Lister, of sellers importing listings with no attempt to make them eBid compliant. A one-click solution could make that worse.

I don't doubt your statement that you are diligent in all that you do. Sadly, the same can't be said of everyone; it is those that cause the problems.
