    Angry Frozen Account

    Ive recently upgraded to the seller+ Lifetime and now i am unable to list items i have received an email that's telling me to provide documentation. although no specification has been required or im looking in the wrong place after logging in.

    im not to happy about this to fork out for fees then have no access!!

    It is usual for them to ask for documentation. Take it as a good sign that shows they want only reputable sellers on the site. Contact support if you are in any doubt as to what they require, but it is usually something that will prove you are who you say you are and proof of address. Driving licence or passport are ideal.

    It is a safe guard if a seller is selling more expensive items. It's a good thing as it keeps scammers off the site and helps keep us safe.

    as the others have said, it's nothing personal against you but is done to deter scammers. normally after you have supplied the documents "the boys" don't take to long to give you the all clear then you can list to your hearts content

    Hi ! E-Bid.
    Can you please assist me as I don't know how to contact you !
    I am trying to verify my physical address and the problem is that I am renting the property from the owner and therefore my name is not on the utility bill. I have submitted supporting documents to the fact, but it seems it's not acceptable. Can you please have a look at my supporting documents.
    I am also a verified seller on BidorBuy South Africa, does that not count for verification. You have taken my money already for registration and now You are making it very difficult for me to trade on your site. Can you please try to assist me with regards to this problem.     Perhaps you can try driving license or passport? I'm not sure...
