  • All products are brand new as supplied & packaged by Avon.  I am an Avon representative "offline" also - if you wish to know what type of packaging your purchase has, please do not hesitate to contact me

 

  • Purchases are posted on the same day if payment clears before 3pm, otherwise it will be posted the next working day(excl weekends)

 

  • Proof of posting is obtainded for every order posted

 

  • Other methods of payment are acceptable other than paypal.  I also accept cheques/Postal Orders but this will result in additional dispatch times whilst waiting for payments to clear

my  returns policy:

 

item must be returned within14 days of receipt
but you should notify me of intention to return within 7 days of you receiving the item.

Faulty/lost or damaged goods: lost/damaged in transit items are covered by postage charges (uk). (I obtain proof of posting for every item I dispatch)upon receipt of a signed damaged/not received disclaimer form only, seller will make the claim to Royal Mail who will log the address for future loss claims, and will then replace/exchange goods.

  
Damaged goods and packaging must be returned to buyer which will be checked fully by buyer upon return and then refunded/exchanged and return postage refunded.

returns for any other reason - full item price will only be refunded/exchanged if goods are: unopened/still sealed/boxed and in original sold condition ie unmarked/unused/undamaged.


goods will be fully inspected prior to any refund. - i will not accept unsealed items for return if they were sold as sealed. - i will not accept returns of unsealed cosmetics & beauty products for hygiene reasons - buyer will pay all return postage and will obtain proof of posting.
