Why do our listings keep vanishing on Google Products ?

Right guys'n'gals, I've nothing listed so am trying to help out. I've just clicked on Google shopping - nothing entered in the search box - and this pic comes up

Over 300 posts to this thread and several direct emails and still admin seem totally unaware of the issue.

I also sent screen prints showing search terms showing about 2,000 results and the same search term showing nothing.

If you type ebid in the Google shopping search box you get approx. 405,000 results

If you click the link at the bottom of the first search page (ebid net) which ends up as this linkhttp://www.google.co.uk/search?hl=en...d=0CIYBENsLMAo you get approx. 406,000 listings

We have been speaking to Google about the problem and there are many many aspects that they take into consideration when they decide what results to show to the individual viewing the results. CPC bid, click thru ratio, viewer location, viewer history, time of day, repetition count, number of items within a subaccount, how many times items from the subaccount have been shown already and many more.

Surely,if you are paying for these "includes" on our behalf (for which I'm certainly thankful) there shouldn't be other aspects to consider.You're paying for a service which they've failed to deliver.
I remember when you first announced that eBid was an "official" partner of google,I wondered what the exact relationship was because nothing seemed to come from them.Now that the paid partnership isn't working is it time to dissolve it?

Yep that's the way I have been searching Gill. Either for individual items or for my eBid shops.
Earlier this evening there were no results but the listings have come back quicker this evening thank goodness.

Here's another thought and then I'm off to bed.

I think Google have made too many changes all at once without considering the consequences. They didn't take into consideration that thousands and thousands of listings are being amended from thousands and thousands of sites at the same time and so now can't cope with the influx, hence the problem everyone is having.

Mind you, when eBid are paying for a service they should expect some recompense for this mess - stronger word thought of but decided against using it!

Listings have been showing on Google Shopping most of the night - and for some strange reason I have had two sales after 7pm worth almost £43. Now it might be a coincidence, but personally I don't believe in coincidences.
