Can I ask for immediate payment?

Wouldn't an "Immediate Payment Required" option require a link to some form of instant online payment method such as PayPal or Google Checkout, or whatever it's called now, in order to work? So would this option only be available to Seller+ members since others would have to invoice the buyers?
