    Cool Anyone tried Zumba!!

After looking at my growing collection of (used once/unused/oh Gawd. i forgot i had this ) exercise dvds, i decided to give Zumba on the Wii a go. and after about 2 months of using i have lost a stone in weight , i think it is ideal for those who cant afford to go to classes every week or don't fancy dancing around all sweaty in front of a whole load of strangers (which is me)

any other Zumba fans out there?

HAHA!!! That would be it for sure if I did it.....slow and steady does it. I think it's one of those things it's best to work up to a bit.....maybe aim for 20- 30 min....even that's quite a bit.

Dumb question: what is zumba? Is it like aerobics?

Best wishes for many sales to all,

Wow, it looks like fun, though definitely not for the out of shape couch potatoes like me.

Best wishes for many sales to all,
