    Question whats your beauty regime?

I must admit before I starting selling a "certain brand" of beauty products, my beauty regime was non existent,
as a mother of four i felt like i dint have the time to add cream to this, rub this on whatever,
stand there applying make up, wait for nails to dry etc.

it wasn't until I started selling that i realised how i was neglecting myself, rushing around after everyone else and
forgetting to make time for me not just as a mother, but as a woman.

taking a few extra minutes(not every day) to add cream to this, rub this on whatever, stand there applying make up,
waiting for nails to dry has given me a inner confidence,

I have periods when I do everything on a regular basis - clean, moisurise, face mask etc and then it all goes to pot.

    LOL! That sounds like me.

Actually I quit using makeup altogether since being diagnosed with rosacea earlier this year, as most makeups/topicals irritate my skin. I do brush my teeth and hair though, have to take care of something.

Best wishes for many sales to all,

I'm like meebo...do the "regime" thing for awhile and then kaput! I must admit to washing my face in the shower with the Pantene shampoo while washing my hair (I figure it's soap, eh?)...now THAT's disturbing, eh?!!LOL!!!

With my looks, I find a brown paper bag gives the best results.

LMAO! That makes 2 of us.

That reminds me of something that happened about ten years ago when I was living in NY, it was Halloween and the kids were out trick or treating. I was passing out candy at the door and praising all the costumes when a little kid came up with a paper bag on his head. I said, "oh, you're a ghost."

He said "no, I'm a paper bag."

Best wishes for many sales to all,

It seems I go through a lot of lotions and potions. At 54 I still deal with acne. So there's the needing to moisturize for the wrinkles and the feeling of dryness and yet trying to keep the nasty little breakouts at bay.

I use a combination of things. Some Aveeno products, some Oil of Ole Lady products, and some Proactiv Solutions products. (In fact, I just purchased some Proactiv from a Canadian seller here on eBid who was sure great with communication and fast to get it in the mail.)

I also tend to get eczema and really react to mosquito bites and the like. This year is horrible for mosquitos here. Avon has a really nice bug bite repellant that I've been using this summer. I couldn't find an Avon seller locally and there was none available on eBid, so I ended up ordering some from a US seller on the dark side.

I've had trouble with mosquito bites for years til I found a website last year that claimed a 50/50 mix of Listerine and water, spritzed on, would keep the nasty little buggers at bay. I thought it might be bunk, but gave it a try anyhow, and lo and behold, it works! No mosquito bites for 2 summers running now.

    Just my 2 cents.

Best wishes for many sales to all,
