Returns Policies?

Hi there,

After Selling my items of clothing on greedbay, i am going to start listing on here.
I am struggling to find out where to put in my returns policy??
Any help would be really appreciated thank you kindly.

Oh also saves creating a new thread, the clothing i have comes in many different colours and sizes, ive noticed that there are NO variation options available for clothing.

So am i to gather that i am to make a seperate listing for every colour & size variation??

I put my policies on my "about me" page.

I can't help you with the rest but I'm sure someone will be along shortly who deals in clothing and they will be able to help you.

If you use a default and/or template you can include standard text, such as your returns policy, on every listing. Or you can, as suggested, put it on your About Me page and just have a link to that from your auctions.

There is no built-in variations gizmo here, so you can either do separate listings (make sure the differences are clear in the title or they will be considered duplicates and will be removed) or put your own text in the description that explains the choices.

I'm new to Ebid but doing it the same way I did on Ebay, that is to just write a short statement on the descriptions page about payment, shipping and refunds.

My policies are on the individual auctions themselves as you stated, (jewelry seller here, but I think policy is policy regardless). About Me is a good place to put them, too.
