Giving you a little more insight into the seller.
I'm a country girl who loves animals, nature and doing hobby-type work with my hands such as cooking, decorating, and teaching others how to do things. When I go shopping I'm always drawn to the clothing and make-up section and enjoy experimenting with different styles and colors of hair, clothing, jewelry and make-up. That's one reason in my auctions I will advise a buyer what colors or styles will coordinate very well with something I'm selling.
My goal is to offer good quality merchandise in clothing or make-up for instance that I would naturally like to be seen in myself. I'm also a plus-size woman and know how hard it can be to find just the right style and colors in clothing. If I'm wearing a particular color of outfit I like to try to coordinate say my eyeshadow as closely to the color theme as possible, as this gives an overall appealing expression to the whole look. If a buyer would ever send a question about what colors of other clothing or make-up that might coordinate with a piece of clothing they buy from me I will be happy to try and advise them what in my opinion would be best choices or I will find out from other sources and give the buyer that information also.
I want my buyers to have a pleasant and satisfying buying experience in knowing what they purchased from me is attractive and good quality. I will never sell, or buy for that matter, anything that I don't feel is pleasing just because it is cheap. If I wouldn't want to wear it myself, it doesn't go up for auction. For any reason if a buyer does not feel the choice of what they bought from me is quite right, I will gladly refund. I've bought things from stores and didn't feel it was for me afterall, so I have returned things too and understand.
My shipping prices are as close to what the USPS is charging me as possible. If I find I have overcharged a buyer on shipping I will refund the difference. If I have to pay a little more than what I charged the buyer it will come out of my own pocket and I will not charge the buyer any more than what is stated in the auction. Shipments are made within 2 business days of cleared payment, but many times I ship the 1st day after cleared payment considering if it is not a holiday and the Post Office is closed.
