Does eBid leak listings?

Well i sorted through all my old emails, but have no confirmation of any of my listings. All i know is that i listed them around April 2008, and they went missing between then and the end of that year.
So i don't have any auction ID's

We had the same problem, but it happened early this year. Fortunately, we keep a list of them in a spreadsheet. It took me a week to find the missing ones. They were all still on eBid, normal closed auctions, they just didn't make it into our Unsold page.

I'm now saving all the emails when we list, so I can forward it support if it happens again. Each morning I write down the auction numbers for the ones that are closing during the next 24 hours. A lot of work, but until this bug is fixed it seems prudent.

4 Days 1st Bid
etc.
if not sold, are delisted after 1 Year(365 Days) of activity, on eBid.
They are then in .. Auctions I Ran.. unsold.

I always delete/relist listings as they end but realising that one category was emptier than it should be this morning, I find items missing.

I can't tell when they went except that it was in 2009 - I've over 1000 listings spread across my two ids. This is really depressing. I'm having to check each one from a Jan 2009 download. *weep*

Just curious! I didn't think more than one ID was allowed on eBid. Did I misunderstand something or miss a change in policy somewhere?
