Paypal survey again !!!

Today I received another request from Paypal to undertake their survey, with the comments I left I bet they don't ask me again.
Nothing rude or offensive but down to earth comments about the way they treat sellers in a dispute situation.

They don't necessarily treat buyers well, either. Several years ago I ordered 100 personalized pencils on the dark side. After quite some time, the seller sent me 50 pencils and began racking up numerous negative feedbacks from other buyers who hadn't received any at all. PP refused to refund me even half my money because they said he had NOT failed to deliver.
