    Default listing a burberry bag Fake

    hi everyone iam just wondering if it would be ok to list a fake burberry bag.as long as i say plainly that it is a fake.as this bag is in mint condtion and sitting in my house doing nothing.and someone out there could be using it.any feedback would be greatful.

    In a word..........NO!

    If it wasn't made by Burberry.....then you can't mention the Burberry name....

    and

    if the fabric has been copied......that is an "infringement of intellectual property".......ie: it's trademarked!

    It will also be illegal for the Charity Shop to sell it.

    I don't think the Charity shop want it to sell either

    The clue is in the word "sell".

    Why not pop in to your local school....& donate it to their Christmas tombola?
    ie: give it to someone who isn't going to "sell" it

    It's a tough one.....but if it attracts the right attention ...then it could land someone in deep doo-doo

    hi thats where i got it. my wife has only used it about twice.and not before time is sorting her bags out.would it be ok to upload photos on the forum.and see what is said.just wondering how can you tell a fake burberry does the lines mend to join together or something now iam confused.

    hi thanks for all the help.my wife has put it to good use.shes going to put clothes pegs in it,and now i can call her the bag lady.
