Number 1 on Google within 22 hours of listing

Well, congrats bidnwin on getting your items high in Google search. I had the same experience last year with a different Ebid Store.

Now, with a new store, I listed a Vixen A80SSwt telescope. Two weeks ago. Never has showed up anywhere. For that matter none of the items in my store that I have searched for on Google are there either.

I guess the Google feed works better some times than others.

I just searched for a sample listing of yours -AUSTIN CARS PRACTICAL GUIDE TO MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR. It came up O.K.

Hi Kedo, thanks for checking. Well, I just ran a Google Search for the Austin Cars Practical Guide and got several pages of other sources. Not sure what that is about, anyway I did not find my listing.

Also be aware that I have my own website and some of the same items are listed on it. For example the Opel Upper Control Arm Set is on both my site and my Ebid Store.

On Google my website listing is NUMBER TWO on a page of Opel parts dealers. But my Ebid listing is nowhere in the first four pages of Google. Least it looks like that to me :-).

Ok Sidthelamp, nice to meet you. I see that you have been able to find some of my listings on google products and they seem to appear on google base. Interesting that I am not seeing them in the regular google search pages. Not sure what that is about.

And thank you for pointing out the link problem, I was thinking that would be alright for describing a problem. Since it is not I edited the post and removed the link.

Hi Sid, thing is that one, The Wizard's Warehouse is an old one. That was the name of my previous Ebid Store a year ago. I left Ebid for some months, put up my own website on my own domain, gave it that name. So when I came back to Ebid I set up my current store, The Wizard's Storehouse changing the name slightly.

If you're referring to 'natural search' I don't think you're going to get anywhere near the top for something like an Austin manual. There will probably be millions of references to Austin on the net.

I just checked and the sample I tried earlier ( AUSTIN CARS PRACTICAL GUIDE TO MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR) is there if you use Googles advanced search and use exact phrase match.

I just typed in one of our listings . . . this is my favorite for checking because there are thousands of them out there

Came on up page 1 of plain old Google

Came up as the first item on Google Shopping

I'm satisfied!
