ISBN number stock book/audioCD photos

I am sorry I can't help you with your query as I tend to sell mostly used books.
Hopefully someone else here may be able to offer advice.

I must admit I tend not to buy from people using stock photos as I like to see exactly what I am buying or bidding on.
However that is just a personal opinion and I quite understand how difficult it is if you have many titles.
Just a word of caution. On eBid it is not allowed to list duplicate or more items. It is allowed to list one and state how many of the items are available for sale This stops the boring pages and pages of identical items which puts off buyers when searching

Hello,
I am a newbie at eBid, and haven't been able to locate this bit of info I need. Is there a way to access stock photos for book and audio CD listings after inserting their ISBN numbers into a database search? This would, of course, simplify a listing by eliminating the need to photograph each item myself.

Hi Welcome
You will be better off spending the time taking your own photos. Many buyers won't buy on the basis of stock photos, as they are not getting a true picture of the book's condition.

I have tried using the stock items book listings, but decided to discontinue. The problem is that if someone has typed in a load of garbage with spelling mistakes and incorrect info you are stuck with it. Also the quality of the images varies quite a bit.
Personally I think you are better off doing your own thing, I have read most of the books I sell, as a result I can write my own synopsis.
