Murano jewellery is georgous and expensive. I absolutely love it and saw the real thing in Venice last year.
It is possible to buy it wholesale directly from Venice with a minimum order value which requires quite an outlay plus shipping and insurance of course.
All Murano jewellery, as far as I know, is hand made with real gold worked into the glass. It probably can be copied more cheaply in other countries but that does not make it genuine Murano - this only comes from the island of Murano in Venice - nowhere else. It is also certificated as genuine so you can be assured of its origin.
