I guess you have to request your size or they never ship it. I requested my size after reading this thread. They responded

We do require to be notified of the size before sending.

You can but them with Buddy Points - don't know about cash. Some people auction them off after they get them (usually on feebay ).

If you are Seller+ Lifetime then ask admin to send you one. Even if you subscribed ages ago you are still entitled to one.
