When I lived in Los Angeles, it was too hot in the summer for a sleeved t-shirt!
Actually my first summer here I wore long sleeve shirts until the humidity reached 20% and above which happens during the rainy season. I'm a NY so the summers here are nothing compared to how unbearable it can become on the east coast. Miss the fall though and the first snowfall...but love the winters here in AZ.
I'm absolutely sure I wil receive mine when I have completely forgotten about it and will be shocked, bewildered, and surprised before I remember why it arrived.

Actually I was either in strappy tops or long-sleeved white cotton blouses. The strappy tops made more sense when I could get away with them, but sometimes my sun allergy demanded the long sleeved garments.
That nicely sums up my experience when I pulled the grey plastic mailing bag out of the PO box and went "huh?"
