undamaged. Previously loved items will be described as such to the best of my
ability.
Delivery and Damaged
Shipments:

within 5 days upon receipt of your purchase.

down or take a photo of any visible damage and let us know what the issue
is.
- All
items containing any sort of glass or breakable item will have insurance
on the item. You may contact USPS for a refund or us. If you
choose to contact us and we proceed with the refund. Please send us photos
of the damage, the shipping label. Please DO NOT throw any of
the packaging or the item away until we have responded that USPS has
accepted the refund.

instructions.
