Vintage note: J. Harrison, Poplars re works to Barton's Hospital, quick lime etc

A page notice of works signed by J. Harrison of Poplars.  It is addressed to H. Small, Esq and is dated Tuesday Evening [no year given].  He mentions work to be carried out to Mrs. Holland's room - stripping wallpaper, cover ceiling, walls & floor with quick lime, etc.  He also mentions work to be carried out to Church Street front of Barton's Hospital.  Has been folded, has a small tear and is a bit grubby.
