Vintage # looks like Hunts Silvered Mica capacitor in brown bakelite case hand marked 0.00361uf. Tested > 50 MegOhm with 500V Megger. Size (mm) : 39 x 24 x 7 thick excluding the connection tags. Used and has been kept in drawer loose for many years so may have some cosmetic marks – see photos. Indicates 3.61nF on DMM.
