Vintage Butterick 6892 Misses Blouses Pattern - Size 8

This pattern has been cut.  Complete with 9 pattern pieces.  Instructions included.  Envelope is worn.

Loose-fitting blouse has standing collar with lace trim, front buttoned closing and short sleeves gathered into barrel cuffs or full-length sleeves with continuous lap opening gathered into buttoned cuffs. View A has front tucks. View B has front lace trim, tucks and jabot with lace trim.
