Womens vintage Royal Blue Black petticoat size 12 Brand No label
Size The petticoat when laid flat measures 11" to the waist but will stretch to 13.
Length 22.5" Fabric Nylon.
The petticoat half slip is mainly Royal blue with a 0.5" black lace to the hem line.
The Slip is in Very Excellent Condition.
