Lovely large Victorian Solid Silver Tongs

Fully Hallmarked Victoria bust duty mark, lion passant for sterling silver, 3 turrets for Exeter, date letter B for circa.1858 and makers mark JS for John Stone.

Measure approximately 15cm in length and Weighs 60.8 grams.

What a lovely example of Victorian silver made in Exeter and more robust and a heavy weight of 60g of sterling. Beautiful for that afternoon tea, really nice antique sugar tongs great for home use or to the collector.
