These are Mexican knock off/bootlegs of Top Cat & Benny The Ball from the cartoon series Top Cat. 
The figures are new, soft plastic.

Both are in great condition, never displayed or played with. They were only taken out of the bag to be photographed for this listing. 

-Top Cat is 10" tall and has these points of articulation (arms, wrists, head, tail).
-Benny The Ball is 8" tall and has these points of articulation (arms, wrists, head).
