A great reference for fighters from the propeller to the jet age. As usual Bill Gunston provides photos, drawings, technical data and historical text for each aircraft. Lots of information packed into the pages that anyone who is into aviation will find useful. A great publication for the aviation historian, hobbyist, aircraft enthusiast or those in the industry. Sadly, we lost Mr. Gunston in 2013, but this book continues his legacy from a lifetime of experience in aviation.
