I cannot feel any of the scratches,  or scuffs.  There  are 3  defects on the outermost  rim on one side the record. I can feel the all  defect and will affect the  start of the record. There is a defect on the outermost  rim on  other side the record. I can feel the defect and will affect the  start of the record.   Good- for the defects.  Both labels  show  wear and ringwear.
